About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and data-driven professional to design, execute, and enhance student counseling and guidance programs. This role bridges data insights, program strategy, and student engagement — helping young learners make informed decisions about their education and career paths.

    Proven ability to design and implement impactful programs.

    Excellent presentation, training, and interpersonal skills.
  • Research & Documentation:
    Strong analytical and writing capabilities.
  • Data & Strategy:
    Skilled in data collection, cleaning, and analysis (Excel/Google Sheets; BI tools a plus).
  • Soft Skills:
    Empathy, critical thinking, collaboration, and effective time management.

Role Responsibilities

1. Program Design & Development

  • Support in designing pre- and post-admission counseling frameworks for students.
  • Develop engaging content, tools, and resources covering tertiary education, financial aid, and career development.
  • Pilot innovative counseling models tailored to diverse student needs.

2. Training & Capacity Building

  • Assist in training internal teams to deliver high-quality counseling interventions.
  • Contribute to developing workshops, manuals, and standardized training materials for scale-up.

3. Awareness & Student Engagement

  • Create awareness modules on higher education, scholarships, and career opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Admissions and Programmes teams for community and school outreach.
  • Strengthen alumni engagement for peer mentoring and career guidance.

4. Data & Insights

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data on counseling outcomes and program performance.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track student progress and program impact.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and improve decision-making.

Preferred Expertise

  • Awareness of tertiary education pathways, admission testing systems, and scholarship opportunities in Pakistan.
  • Understanding of career counseling practices and psychometric tools (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with education-to-employment trends and future workforce skills.
