Elite IT Team is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist with exceptional English skills, a solid technical foundation, and familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI. This role is central to the success of our web and mobile app development projects, acting as the bridge between clients, sales, and Dev teams. You'll lead onboarding sessions, capture project requirements, align on timelines and budgets, eliminate roadblocks, and set clients up for long-term success.
Elite IT Team is remote-first with 2–3 in-person gatherings per year. The selected candidate would be required to attend these gatherings at the company's expense.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial onboarding meetings with new clients to understand their project goals, timelines, budgets, and technical expectations.
- Gather and document detailed technical requirements for mobile, web, and AI-driven application development.
- Translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs for designers, developers, and QA teams.
- Act as the bridge between the sales team, dev team, and clients, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
- Assist clients in accessing and navigating project management systems, communication channels, and relevant platforms.
- Provide technical guidance and platform education to clients, ensuring they're fully equipped to begin their projects.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution and accurate delivery against client expectations.
- Partner with support teams to address early-stage client issues and help de-escalate concerns with clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain high-quality communication throughout the onboarding process to establish trust and drive long-term satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, technical account management, customer success, or client-facing roles within a tech or software development environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English (must-have requirement).
- Strong understanding of web, mobile app, and AI development concepts, user journeys, and platform capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead client conversations and explain complex technical ideas in simple terms.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent work experience in a technical role
