We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Project Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience to support the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating technical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Track project progress, deliverables, and deadlines, raising risks or issues proactively.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and technical records.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role in a technical environment.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
  • Have experience with Technical Proposal Writing.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role.
  • Scrum master experience is plus
