About the Role

We are seeking a
Technical Project Executive
who will act as the key link between business development, clients, and technical teams. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage leads, align client expectations with delivery capabilities, and ensure projects are scoped, estimated, and executed seamlessly. By driving clarity, speed, and precision across all early-stage project interactions, you will directly contribute to higher client satisfaction and improved project win rates.

Key Responsibilities
Lead & Opportunity Management

  • Own the pre-sales and early project pipeline to ensure no lead is lost due to delays or oversight.
  • Qualify opportunities by assessing budget, timeline, and technical scope before engaging the delivery team.
  • Maintain structured communication with clients, ensuring timely responses and consistent follow-ups.

Requirement Discovery & Documentation

  • Conduct discovery sessions to capture client objectives, technical needs, and constraints.
  • Document and summarize technical requirements for both internal and client reference.
  • Highlight potential gaps early and guide clients toward clear, actionable next steps.

Proposal, Timeline & Scope Alignment

  • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare accurate proposals, timelines, and cost estimates.
  • Ensure internal review cycles are completed ahead of client deadlines to avoid missed submissions.
  • Present phased delivery options (e.g., MVP vs. full product) tailored to client priorities.

Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact during pre-contract stages.
  • Manage client interactions across platforms (calls, emails, Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Provide structured post-call summaries and action plans within 12–24 hours.

Project Intake & Smooth Handoff

  • Prepare onboarding and handover packages for delivery teams once contracts are finalized.
  • Communicate client-specific preferences, risks, and prior discussions to the project team.
  • Ensure alignment on scope, timeline, and deliverables before kickoff.

Continuous Process Improvement

  • Track pipeline performance, conversion rates, and reasons for drop-offs.
  • Recommend improvements in pre-sales workflows, proposals, and lead management processes.
  • Implement templates, tools, and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years in a similar role (Technical Project Executive / Project Manager / Client Delivery / Pre-Sales).
  • Strong technical understanding of SaaS, Web, AI/ML, or Web3 solutions.
  • Proven experience in proposal writing, project estimation, and technical documentation.
  • Skilled in tools such as Notion, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, and task boards.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
