Job Responsibilties:

  • Responsible to collect quotations from supplier/manufacturer.
  • Responsible to prepare comparative statements.
  • Responsible to prepare purchase orders of the approved quantities at approved rates.
  • Responsible to purchase material on cash/credit according to the terms and condition already approved by the competent authority.
  • Responsible to handover the material along with delivery challans to concerned store keeper.
  • Responsible to get all relevant papers audited from internal auditor of the material purchased on cash.
  • Responsible to collect cash and adjust bills after audit and complete posting of material

Job Type: Full-time
