Position Overview:

The purchase coordinator will be overseeing the procurement procedure and making sure that high-quality products and services are acquired on schedule and at the most competitive pricing. Strong communication abilities with International Vendors, purchasing knowledge, and the capacity to uphold productive relationships with both domestic and foreign vendors are necessary for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the whole procurement process, including locating vendors, negotiating prices, issuing purchase orders and requisitioning.

  • Establish and preserve solid ties with both domestic and foreign suppliers to guarantee affordable prices and prompt delivery.
  • Perform market research to find possible suppliers and assess the cost-effectiveness, dependability and quality of the products.
  • Verify that every procurement activity complies with legal requirements and corporate policies.
  • To predict purchase needs, keep an eye on inventory levels and work with the appropriate departments.
  • Create and preserve precise pricing information, reports, and purchase records.
  • Keep a check on supplier performance and address any problems with delays, quality, or inconsistencies.
  • Support the creation of cost-cutting and efficiency-boosting measures.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a corporate

environment.

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage vendor relations at both national and international levels.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
