About Us

AIM RCM is a growing medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) company helping healthcare providers streamline billing operations. We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base across the U.S. healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices in the U.S.
  • Identify decision-makers, understand client pain points, and present solutions effectively.
  • Generate qualified leads through phone calls, LinkedIn, emails, and networking.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with consistent follow-ups.
  • Negotiate and close opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and client interactions in CRM tools.

  • Resilience to handle rejection and stay consistent
  • Ability to set appointments and follow up effectively
  • Lead generation & prospecting (LinkedIn, email, calls, networking)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience with CRM tools

Other Skills:

  • Basic understanding of medical billing, RCM, and healthcare practices
  • Ability to explain billing solutions in simple, value-driven terms to doctors/clinic managers
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Excellent spoken and written English (neutral accent preferred for U.S. clients)
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development
  • Proven track record in sales/business development (healthcare sales experience is a plus)
