About the Company:
We are a leading IT services company specializing in Web Development and Mobile App Development, catering to global clients. We are looking for a dynamic B2B Consultant to drive business growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire, engage, and retain B2B clients in the IT/software domain.
- Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and build strong long-term professional relationships.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to offer tailored software solutions and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Marketing, Project Management) to create proposals and solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and potential business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles — from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale follow-up.
- Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's product/service portfolio to effectively pitch and position offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B consulting, business development, or client management experience in an IT or Software company.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, SaaS, enterprise solutions, or IT consulting services.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and large client accounts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) for lead and pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team setting.
