Job Summary: As the Tele-Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating our team of female sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. You will play a crucial role in developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and fostering a positive, high-energy work environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of female tele-sales agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure targets are met.
  • Develop and implement effective tele-sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Handle complex customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales agents.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Tele-Sales Manager or a similar sales leadership role.
  • Excellent communication (Fluent in English), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: Rs60, Rs80,000.00 per month
