Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of female tele-sales agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure targets are met.
- Develop and implement effective tele-sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales agents.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tele-Sales Manager or a similar sales leadership role.
- Excellent communication (Fluent in English), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Rs60, Rs80,000.00 per month
