Customer Service Representative (CSR) - LED Lights Claims

  • Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
  • Salary Range: PKR 45,000 – PKR 50,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle specialized claims for LED lights at our Saddar office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing claims, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to LED lights claims.
  • Process and document claim efficiently and accurately.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
  • Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for claim validation.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and claims status.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure claim resolution and satisfaction.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets for claim processing and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate qualification (Bachelor's preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in claims handling or technical support.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in LED lighting or electronics industry.

Knowledge of basic technical aspects of LED products.
