We're Hiring – Sales Officer
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Officer with a strong background in the manufacturing or engineering sector. The ideal candidate should understand machinery, packaging, or process systems, and be capable of identifying sales opportunities, managing clients, and achieving set targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and approach potential clients in FMCG, packaging, and industrial sectors
* Promote Sama Engineering's machinery solutions and prepare sales proposals
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis for growth opportunities
* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
* Education: Intermediate or higher (Bachelor's preferred)
* Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in industrial or machinery salesmanufacturing or machinery industry
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to understand technical details of machinery
* Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
