· Implement and monitor Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO and industry standards.

· Ensure compliance with SOPs and work instructions across operations.

· Supervise raw material, in-process, and final product inspections.

· Monitor and validate testing methods for accuracy and reliability.

· Conduct internal audits and support external audits.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer-specific requirements.

· Identify quality gaps and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, etc.).

· Supervise and guide QA/QC teams for effective performance.

· Train staff on quality standards, SOPs, and best practices.

· Maintain all QA documentation, records, and reports.

· Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.

Job Type: Full-time
