About the Role:

DE IT Solution is looking for a passionate and organized HR Intern to join our HR team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and daily HR operations while working in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
  • Help manage onboarding and employee documentation
  • Maintain attendance and leave records
  • Support HR team in daily administrative tasks
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and performance tracking
  • Coordinate communication between management and staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled in HR/Business Administration or related field)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR operations and MS Office
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
