Location: Islamabad (Full-time, On-site)
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering sales targets that support the company's ambitious growth plans. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with a diverse client base, working collaboratively with internal teams to provide tailored digital solutions that meet evolving market demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through targeted prospecting and strategic outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals that align with company objectives and client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to stay informed on offerings and ensure customer needs are met.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Provide ongoing post-sale support to clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales with a strong focus on customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to inform sales strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in the digital or technology sectors is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
