Compensation:

Responsibilities and more:

We're hiring a Creative Strategist to join our content headquarters in Gulberg, Lahore. This role is fully on-site, working directly with our creative team that produces viral TikTok and social media content at scale.

The ideal candidate lives near Gulberg or can reliably commute. They must have a deep understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and content psychology, and be obsessed with figuring out what makes videos go viral.

Responsibilities:

  • Research TikTok and Instagram trends to generate creative ideas.
  • Write hooks, angles, and briefs that guide editors and creators.
  • Lead ideation sessions and creative reviews with the Pakistan team.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize storytelling and content strategy.
  • Maintain creative quality across multiple brands and content formats.

Requirements:

  • Must be based in Lahore (preferably near Gulberg).
  • Strong background in social media content, trend research, or creative direction.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  • Understanding of short-form storytelling and viral content structure.
  • Leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple creative projects.
