Job Summary:

Experienced Export Executive skilled in managing export operations, documentation, and logistics. Proven ability to coordinate shipments, ensure compliance, and maintain strong client and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage export orders from inquiry to shipment, ensuring timely and accurate documentation (PI, Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, GD, etc.).
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, banks, and freight forwarders for smooth shipment execution.
  • Handle advance, CAD, and L/C payment processes, ensuring compliance with export procedures.
  • Maintain and update export records (physical and digital).
  • Oversee container booking, cargo insurance, and freight arrangements.
  • Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation.
  • Support in organizing and managing export exhibitions and promotional events.
  • Develop marketing materials (catalogues, brochures, emails) for export promotion.
  • Perform any additional export-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, E commerce or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in export operations or documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of export procedures, banking terms (L/C, CAD), and customs requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office and export-related software (e.g., PSW portal).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
