Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Quetta for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the project management and construction teams to ensure successful project completion. They will also be responsible for developing strategic plans, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Market Research
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and CAD technology
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
