Job Summary:

Responsible for planning and executing the secure, accurate, and efficient migration of historical and active business data into the new ERP system (Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics). This role ensures the integrity, cleanliness, and completeness of legacy data during the transition.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assess, map, and extract legacy data from multiple sources (spreadsheets, local systems, SQL databases, cloud platforms)

● Design and execute transformation logic for structured ERP migration

● Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, Operations, and ERP Technical Lead to validate data structures and field mappings

● Develop automated scripts or tools for bulk imports

● Create and maintain data migration documentation

● Run test migrations and reconcile data with business teams for accuracy

Requirements:

● 2–4 years of experience in data engineering, ETL pipelines, or ERP data migration (Odoo, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle)

● Proficient in SQL, Python (or scripting languages), Excel, and data mapping tools

● Attention to detail and strong understanding of business data structures (financials, HR, CRM, inventory, etc.)

● Excellent English communication and cross-department coordination skills
