Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to service calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely, customer-first manner
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve technical and service-related issues
- Log and track complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and generate service reports
- Oversee installation of DG sets — including site surveys, planning, and execution
- Manage technician deployment and remote service monitoring
- Conduct field visits to monitor service quality and ensure client satisfaction
- Liaise with sales, purchase, and technical teams for smooth service delivery
- Handle job orders, quotations, invoices, and ensure timely payment follow-ups
- Maintain records of customer orders, service history, and spare parts
- Manage warranty claims, AMC contracts, and spare parts logistics
- Ensure timely service delivery under AMC agreements
- Monitor service KPIs and suggest improvements in workflows and SOPs
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related discipline
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in service or technical operations, ideally in the
power, electrical, or generator industry
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong technical understanding of diesel generator systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Proficient in MS Office and service management/reporting tools
