We are seeking a
Technical Product Manager
with 3 years of experience in managing and delivering technology-driven products. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of product strategy, user needs, and technical systems to drive innovation, align teams, and deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
  • Own the product lifecycle — from concept and design to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and manage trade-offs between scope, resources, and timeline.
  • Analyze data and user feedback to guide product decisions and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, technical specs, and release notes.
  • Partner with technical teams to understand system architecture, integrations, and dependencies.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Ensure product scalability, security, and technical feasibility with development teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a
    technical or software product
    environment.
  • Strong understanding of
    software development lifecycle (SDLC)
    and
    Agile/Scrum methodologies
    .
  • Experience with
    product management and collaboration tools
    (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Figma, Confluence).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical details into clear business insights and vice versa.
