Role Overview:
The Product Manager oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of a product, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
● Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
● Conduct market analysis and customer research to validate product ideas.
● Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders.
● Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver products on time.
● Oversee product development, ensuring alignment with objectives and user needs.
● Monitor product performance and iterate for continuous improvement.
● Act as the primary contact for product-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
● 3 + Years experience in the TPM
● Proven experience in product management or a similar role.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
● Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience with data-driven decision-making.
● Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
● Technical background or understanding of software development.
● Knowledge of products regarding e-commerce & classified.
Outcome:
The Product Manager will deliver products that meet customer needs, drive business growth, and maintain a competitive market position.
