Olx is looking for a highly motivated
Associate Product Manager (APM)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a technical foundation in computer science, and the ability to bridge business needs with product solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support product strategy, manage execution, and contribute to building scalable, customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining product requirements by gathering input from users, stakeholders, and market research.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate product and user data.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Support product launches by coordinating with design, marketing, sales, and operations teams.
  • Conduct SEO and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and commercial opportunities.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, feasibility, and user value.
  • Act as a product evangelist within the company, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives.
  • Contribute to building product roadmaps and sprint planning with the product and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with both data and business cases.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of
    SQL
    (comfortable writing queries for analysis and reporting).
  • Familiarity with product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and technical concepts.
  • Strong commercial sense and understanding of business trade-offs in product decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams

0–2 years of experience in product, analytics, or related fields.
