We are now looking for a creative and skilled AI Developer to join our growing team and contribute to building next-generation AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for business applications.
  • Build and integrate chatbots, automation tools, and intelligent assistants.
  • Work with APIs (OpenAI, LangChain) to create custom solutions.
  • Fine-tune and optimize LLMs (Large Language Models) for domain-specific tasks.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate ideas into functional products.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, NLP, and Generative AI.
  • Mention exposure to AI-powered productivity tools like Cursor, Copilot, or similar AI coding assistants.
  • Have familiarity with Airtable, Softr, Notion, or similar platforms for building integrated AI solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Require at least 5 years of overall experience and minimum 3 years of exxperience in AI development, automation, or related fields.
  • Experience with AI-driven automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, and
  • Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
  • Familiarity with LangChain, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of frontend/backend development for AI product integration.
  • Experience in building ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or business automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with MLOps pipelines and deployment practices.
