Position: Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance

Location: SITE Super Highway, Karachi

Industry: Automotive / Auto Parts Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure implementation of quality standards across all production processes in line with company and industry requirements.

Conduct inspection and testing of automotive parts and components to ensure compliance with design specifications.

Monitor in-process quality control (IPQC) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.

Collaborate with production, design, and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

Maintain and update quality documentation, inspection reports, and process control records.

Support internal and external audits, supplier quality evaluations, and customer feedback analysis.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E. Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical).

2–3 years of experience in the automobile sector or related manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of quality assurance systems, tools, and standards (ISO/TS 16949 preferred).

Hands-on experience with inspection instruments, root cause analysis, and process improvement techniques.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
