Business Development Executive who. has hands-on experience with Upwork and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The ideal candidate should be able to generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our business through effective bidding and outreach.
Key Responsibilities-
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through Upwork, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and other platforms.
- Write and submit compelling proposals on Upwork to secure projects.
- Manage communication with potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Research and qualify prospects to ensure alignment with our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with the internal team to prepare strategies for client acquisition.
- Maintain records of proposals, client communications, and sales pipeline.
Requirements
- 6 months – 1 year of proven experience in Business Development, Upwork bidding, andLinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with IT services, web development, or digital marketing (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
