We are looking for a
Mystery Shopping Executive Operations
to manage the day-to-day execution of mystery shopping projects. The ideal candidate will oversee field teams, ensure data accuracy, track project timelines, and maintain quality standards throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage field operations for market research and mystery shopping projects.

  • Supervise field staff, ensuring timely completion of assigned visits and surveys.

  • Monitor project progress, validate collected data, and ensure reporting accuracy.

  • Maintain communication between field teams and project managers.

  • Support logistics, documentation, and operational planning for ongoing projects.
