Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karāchi (Square One Mall) for Customer Support Executive (Front Desk Officer).

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
  • Provide information about stores, promotions, events, and mall services.-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
  • Assist in lost and found services of customers.
  • Manage customer service desks and maintain a clean, organized space.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and concerns.

Requirements:-

  • At least intermediate and preferably graduate.
  • Basic knowledge and experience with MS Office tools like Excel and Word.
  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations, retail, or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and customer oriented approach.
