Assistant Manager IT

Key Responsibilities:
1. Network Administration:
Manage and maintain the park's network infrastructure, including Unifi AP's, routers, and switches.
Ensure network security and stability, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
2. Hardware and Software Maintenance:
Install, configure, and maintain all hardware and software systems, including computers, laptops, servers, printers, and scanners.
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
3. Card Reader RFID System:
Manage and maintain the card reader RFID system, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues.
Ensure accurate and efficient data collection and reporting.
4. CCTV and Surveillance:
Manage and maintain the CCTV and surveillance system, including cameras, NVR/DVR, and monitoring software.
Ensure all cameras are functioning correctly and that footage is recorded and stored securely.
5. IT Support:
Provide technical support to park staff and management, including troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.
Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are proficient in using IT systems.
6. Server Management:
Manage and maintain all servers, including operating system updates, backups, and security patches.
Ensure server performance and uptime, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
7. Cybersecurity:
Develop and implement cybersecurity measures to protect the park's IT systems and data.
Monitor for potential security threats and respond to incidents in a timely and effective manner.
8. Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and provide regular reports on IT system performance, including network usage, server uptime, and other key metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
- Installation, configuration & maintenance of Servers.
- Scheduling backup of servers on NAS & external Hard Disks.
- Configure Firewall & create VLAN.
- Configure and manage the Proxy server.
- Maintain the center IT infrastructure.
- Install configure & troubleshoot Email server.
- Configure & troubleshoot surveillance cameras.
- Install & configure the InterCard ICashier POS software.
- Configures & troubleshoot the InterCard Ireaders in back office.
- Resolve the Issues of InterCard back office & ICashier.
- Manage Internet Connections and virtual telephone Exchange
- Install & manage the attendance machine/software.
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of user accounts in Active directory.
- Provide the management with correct specification of all equipment's hardware & software required for the center as well as recommending purchases and perform installation.
- Repair & maintenance of IT equipment's.
- Resolve the queries of staff relevant to the software/hardware and network.
- Planning future improvement.
- Any other task assigned by HOD/Line Manager
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, preferably in a similar environment (amusement park, hospitality, or retail).
3. Technical Skills:
Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.
Experience with network administration, including Unifi AP's, routers, and switches.
Familiarity with card reader RFID systems and CCTV surveillance systems.
Knowledge of server management, including operating system updates, backups, and security patches.
Experience with cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
4. Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
