Business Development Associate – International Markets

Eshaat is launching a fresh start-up looking for energetic, fluent English speakers to join our part-time Call Center team. You'll engage with international clients, introduce our services, and help drive our start-up to new heights.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to international clients and present our services.
  • Communicate fluently and confidently in English.
  • Understand client needs, answer questions, and handle objections professionally.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional English fluency with a clear accent.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
  • Previous call center, telemarketing, or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Energetic, results-driven, and comfortable with night shifts.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM).
