Job Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Identify prospects through cold calling, lead lists, and referrals.
  • Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and follow up to close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Manage a portfolio of regular clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Use persuasive techniques to convert inquiries into successful sales.
  • Provide in-depth information about product features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Offer tailored solutions based on customer needs and industry trends.
  • Accurately update CRM systems with customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up schedules.
  • Generate daily/weekly sales reports and present performance insights to supervisors.
  • Effectively handle customer objections and questions with confidence and professionalism.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements within company guidelines.
  • Work closely with marketing, support, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
  • Implement retention strategies for existing customers and minimize churn.
  • Suggest improvements to outbound scripts, sales processes, and customer engagement strategies based on frontline experience.
  • Stay proactive in adopting new tools and techniques to improve productivity.
  • Adhere to all company policies, sales regulations, and quality standards.
  • Maintain professionalism in all communications, both verbal and written.
