Role Description

We are looking for a
Lab Assistant
to join our
R&D team
in
Karachi
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on lab work, experimentation, and supporting product development in an innovation-focused environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the R&D lab.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in formulation trials and ingredient testing across multiple applications.
  • Prepare and organize lab samples according to project requirements.
  • Maintain detailed lab records, documentation, and inventory.
  • Support senior R&D staff during product development and testing.
  • Help ensure lab safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

Education:
BSc in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.

Experience:
Candidates with prior lab or R&D experience will be preferred. Technically strong fresh graduates will also be considered.

Skills:

  • Sound understanding of lab procedures, measurements, and equipment handling.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    and basic computer operations.
  • Ability to follow protocols accurately and manage multiple tasks.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical environment.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
