Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Agile Scrum Master with 10 years of proven experience in managing complex IT and business transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile methodologies, excellent leadership abilities, and a track record of delivering successful projects within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and deliver projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Hybrid methodologies.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and business leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure high-quality project execution while aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Drive Agile adoption across teams and departments, promoting best practices.
  • Use project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent to track progress and maintain transparency.
  • Provide regular status reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management with at least 5 years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
  • Experience in IT, software development, or digital transformation projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Certifications preferred: PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, PRINCE2 Agile.
