Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Travel Consultant to join our dynamic call center team in Lahore. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, using your communication skills and passion for travel to create memorable itineraries and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound customer calls to assist with flight, hotel, and comprehensive travel bookings.
  • Provide expert travel advice, answer queries, and offer solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Utilize our booking systems to create, manage, and confirm travel itineraries accurately.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, is required.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role such as customer service, sales, or travel consultancy is preferred.
  • GDS knowledge (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is Required
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site call center environment.
