Smart Brains BPO is seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our front-line teams. The role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who can manage people, processes, and performance in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage floor operations to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Lead and motivate team leaders and agents to achieve KPIs.
  • Monitor call quality, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Prepare and present daily/weekly performance reports to management.
  • Address escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Floor Manager, Team Lead, or similar supervisory role in a BPO/call-center environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work evening/night shifts .
  • Proficiency in MS Office and call-center reporting tools is an advantage.
