Personal Asistant to CEO

- Provide direct administrative and executive support to the CEO.
 - Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments.
 - Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
 - Conduct online research using Google and other platforms to gather information, reports, and market intelligence.
 - Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on assigned tasks.
 - Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
 - Handle confidential documents and ensure proper filing and record keeping.
 - Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
 - Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and meetings.
 - Perform any adhoc duties assigned by the CEO.
 
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50, Rs100,000.00 per month
