About Us:

We are a US-based facility services company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Facility Coordinator for join our Compliance team to support our operations during the night shift. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for professionals with strong coordination, multitasking, and communication skills—particularly those with experience in facility management or working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee the execution of assigned work orders from initiation to completion.

· Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.

· Track project progress, identify potential delays, and take corrective actions.

· Maintain accurate records of work orders, vendor communications, and project documentation.

· Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and client expectations.

· Prepare progress reports and update stakeholders regularly.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).

· Proven experience in project coordination, vendor management, or similar roles.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
