Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor and motivate a team of Medical Representatives to ensure high performance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets within the district.
  • Analyse territory-wise sales trends and implement strategic plans to optimize performance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of CRM and MRep reports by field team.
  • Monitor call planning, coverage, frequency and activity data to ensure field discipline.
  • Utilize CRM insights to improve customer segmentation and engagement strategies.
  • Evaluate individual and team performance through KPIs and sales metrics.
  • Provide field coaching and on-the-job training to enhance communication and detailing skills.
  • Work closely with marketing and training departments to ensure alignment on strategies and updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs) and institutions.
  • Leverage KOL (Key Opinion Leader) relationships to drive brand advocacy.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution and service delivery.
