Accounts & Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily reconciliation of credit card transactions, courier payments, and bank transfers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve efficient processes for vendor payment deposits, including reviewing invoices, approvals, and payment scheduling.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations and long-term strategic goals.
  • Supervise financial operations, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and smooth collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare, review, and present financial reports including profit and loss statements, cash flow projections, and budget variance analysis.
  • Lead the preparation of financial forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic financial plans, aligning them with company objectives.
  • Drive process improvements, strengthen internal financial controls, and support system upgrades to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, data security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to junior finance team members to build capability and support professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity (e-commerce or retail sector experience is highly desirable).
  • Hands-on experience with financial software and ERP systems; experience with Odoo is preferable.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and management reporting.
  • Proven ability to analyze trends, identify risks, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy in financial reporting, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated integrity, ethics, and professionalism in managing confidential financial information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs120,000.00 per month
