Business Support Officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Support Officer with exceptional writing skills.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and supporting the sales team with well-researched, persuasive business content.
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Islamabad
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
-Create, write, and tailor business proposals, RFP responses, and pitch decks to client requirements.
-Collaborate with sales, technical, and project teams to gather accurate information for proposals.
-Draft client-facing documents including introductory emails, capability statements, and presentations.
-Maintain and update proposal content library and templates.
-Ensure high-quality and deadline-driven delivery of all business documentation.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or proposal writing (preferably in IT services).
-Excellent writing and communication skills — ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive documents.
-Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and terminology is a plus.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
