About the Role:

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Executive to join our HR team at WebMetric. You will support hiring, on boarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations to help build a productive and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, scheduling, and coordination

  • Maintain candidate pipeline and track hiring progress for all departments

  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires

  • Support HR documentation, attendance, and employee records management

  • Assist in creating HR policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation

  • Coordinate performance evaluation cycles and feedback collection

  • Plan employee engagement activities and internal communication

  • Address employee queries and escalate issues when required

  • Collaborate with department managers for staffing needs and HR support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

  • 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience (Fresh graduates can also apply if enthusiastic)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities

  • Familiar with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in HR software or ATS tools

  • Knowledge of HR compliance practices

  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
