Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Islamabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment & selection, maintain records of TNA, handling employee relations, employee engagement, onboarding, employee file management, HRIS, enforcing HR policies, Day-to-day tasks, and HR matrices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain complete employee records in both hard and soft formats.
  • Maintain and update Training Needs Analysis (TNA) documentation. Coordinate training sessions, manage attendance records, and feedback.
  • Prepare and conduct analysis of key HR metrics (turnover, headcount, leave data, etc.).
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Maintain and update employee data in HRIS accurately.
  • Ensure timely updates of all HR transactions in the system (leaves, transfers, promotions, etc.).
  • Handle routine employee queries and provide necessary support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HRM, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years
    of experience in HR department, preferably in Software industry.
  • Experience of using
    ERP tools
    , and
    process-automation
    .
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring technical talent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic work environment.
