  • Oversee insurance follow-ups, payment posting, and denial management processes.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to address issues, provide updates, and offer training as needed.
  • Review and resolve escalated billing or claim issues.
  • Coordinate with coding, credentialing, and patient support teams to ensure seamless RCM operations.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on team performance, billing status, and collections.
  • Train and mentor new team members and conduct performance reviews.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65, Rs80,000.00 per month
