We're seeking experienced Medical Billing Specialists to join our team at our I-10 Islamabad office. Role Overview:
As a Medical Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the complete billing cycle for assigned U.S. healthcare providers. You will work directly with payers, providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant claim submissions and reimbursements. Your work will play a key role in ensuring that our U.S. clients receive the maximum reimbursement for their services and that all revenue cycle operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Claim Management & Submission
  : Prepare, review, and submit accurate medical claims to insurance payers, verify patient information, provider details, and insurance eligibility before submission, and ensure claims are compliant with payer requirements and HIPAA standards.
• Accounts Receivable & Denial Management
  : Monitor claim rejections and denials, identify root causes, and take corrective actions, follow up with insurance companies to ensure timely payment of claims, refile corrected claims and handle appeals when necessary, and maintain documentation of follow-ups and resolution status in the system.
• Payment Posting & Reconciliation
  : Post payments and adjustments accurately in billing software, reconcile EOBs and handle discrepancies promptly, and maintain proper AR aging reports and track unpaid claims.
• Communication & Coordination
  : Coordinate with providers and insurance representatives to resolve issues, communicate professionally with clients regarding billing inquiries, and work closely with internal teams for seamless revenue flow.
• Reporting & Compliance
  : Generate and maintain detailed reports on claims, rejections, and payments, stay updated with changes in insurance regulations, payer policies, and medical coding standards, and ensure all processes comply with HIPAA and internal company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in U.S. medical billing.
• Hands-on knowledge of charge entry, payment posting, AR follow-up, denial management, and EOB handling.
• Experience with EHRs such as Kareo, AdvancedMD, OfficeAlly, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks (preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management skills.
• Must be available for night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT).
• Must be able to work on-site at our I-10 Islamabad office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related fields (preferred).
