Qualification:
ACCA / CMA / CA (Finalist or Qualified)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee costing function including product costing, variance analysis, and budgeting.
  • Monitor and control manufacturing/operational costs, recommending strategies for efficiency and savings.
  • Develop and implement cost control policies, procedures, and standard costing systems.
  • Provide management with accurate cost reports for pricing, profitability, and strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Supervise and mentor the costing team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of relevant costing/finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • ACCA / CMA / CA (Finalist or Qualified).
  • Strong command over ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
