Job Summary
: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven 
Marketing Manager
 with a strong background in 
home textiles
, particularly 
towels and bathrobes
, to lead our marketing initiatives across 
EU, UK, and USA markets
. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales growth, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen our international presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for promoting home textile products (towels, bathrobes, etc.) in target markets.
  • Manage and expand relationships with distributors, retailers, and online platforms across EU, UK, and USA.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the product development and design teams to align marketing plans with product innovation.
  • Monitor sales performance, marketing ROI, and develop data-driven improvement plans.
  • Manage marketing budgets, pricing strategies, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 
    5 years of experience
     in 
    sales and marketing of home textiles
    , preferably 
    towels and bathrobes
    , in 
    EU, UK, and USA markets
    .
  • Strong understanding of 
    international trade practices, buyer behavior, and textile export marketing
    .
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships with international buyers and distributors.
  • Experience in 
    digital marketing, B2B marketing, and trade fair participation
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce marketing and online B2B platforms.
  • Strong analytical and market research capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual and brand identity.
