Overview

The Branch Manager oversees the daily operations, staff performance, customer service, and financial performance of a branch location. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive work environment.

Duties

  • Leadership & Staff Management
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate branch employees.

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Monitor workflow, resolve operational issues promptly, and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Maintain facility appearance, safety, and equipment readiness.

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve branch sales goals and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute local marketing and outreach initiatives.
  • Monitor competitive activity and contribute strategic insights.

Customer Service

  • Ensure customers receive high-quality service and support.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key clients.

Financial & Performance Management

  • Manage branch budgets, expenses, and profitability.
  • Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare regular reports.
  • Review financial statements and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Oversee cash handling, audits, and compliance with financial controls.

Qualifications Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • 5 years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in a branch or retail environment.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150, Rs200,000.00 per month
