Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Branch Manager, located in Karachi Division. The Travel Branch Manager will manage daily operations of the branch, oversee staff performance, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing budgets, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with travel industry regulations. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly to foster client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven expertise in travel planning, tour management, and customer service
  • Knowledge of international travel procedures, visa processes, and Hajj/Umrah arrangements
  • Sales, marketing, and business development skills for travel-related services
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, with strong organizational capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Urdu; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
