About the Role

We're looking for a
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist
to fuel our sales pipeline. You'll focus on
cold email outreach, newsletters, and LinkedIn engagement
to bring in qualified B2B leads. This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine
strategic marketing with hands-on execution
—and earn extra income through commissions on successful deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run
    targeted cold email campaigns
    using tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or Apollo.
  • Build and manage
    newsletters
    to nurture prospects and improve engagement.
  • Grow and engage
    B2B audiences on LinkedIn
    via outreach, content, and networking.
  • Research, segment, and validate
    prospect lists
    for accurate targeting.
  • Work closely with the
    sales team
    to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Track and optimize KPIs:
    open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, conversions
    .

Requirements

  • 1+ year of
    digital marketing / lead generation
    experience.
  • Hands-on expertise with
    cold email tools
    (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of
    email marketing platforms
    (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
  • Proven ability to
    generate B2B leads through LinkedIn
    .
  • Excellent
    copywriting skills
    for cold emails, newsletters, and social posts.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to
    measure, test, and optimize
    campaigns.

    50K–80K (based on experience)
