About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation & Business

Development Specialist to help grow our client base in the software and

IT services industry.

You will identify and engage potential clients seeking software development, web/mobile app solutions, or technology consulting services, and play a key role in nurturing them through the sales funnel to drive consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation
  • Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers within target industries (e.g., SaaS, FinTech, eCommerce, Healthcare Tech, etc.).
  • Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach, Upwork proposals, Fiverr communication, and similar platforms.
  • Business Development
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to align lead targeting with service offerings and market trends.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand business requirements and propose suitable solution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or business development for a software company, IT agency, or SaaS business.
  • Excellent understanding of Linkedin Sales Navigator, Upwork bidding, Fiverr Buyer Requests, and lead qualification methods.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills in English.
  • Knowledge of software development services, technologies (e.g., web, mobile, cloud, Al), and client pain points.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.) and outreach automation tools (Apollo, Lemlist, or similar). Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with B2B clients in international markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.).
  • Understanding of sales funnels, inbound/outbound lead strategies, and conversion optimization.
  • Prior work experience in an IT services or software outsourcing agency.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets through proactive outreach and relationship management.
