We're now looking to hire a results-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to own our email channel. Your core mission will be to ensure our messages land in the inbox and drive key performance metrics like open rates, CTR, and conversion.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role, with a focus on deliverability and performance.
  • Highly analytical with an expert-level understanding of email performance metrics (e.g., delivery rate, open rate, CTR, conversion rate) and data trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive, hands-on experience with at least one major Email Service Platform (ESP) such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, , or HubSpot.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets for data analysis, segmentation, and presentation.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and sender reputation management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns from strategy and segmentation to deployment and analysis.
  • Proactively monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to diagnose issues and optimize for key metrics.
  • Manage and improve email list hygiene, segmentation, and subscription flows to maintain high engagement rates.
  • Implement and manage all technical aspects of email sending, including domain authentication and IP reputation monitoring.
  • Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times to systematically improve campaign performance.
  • Investigate and resolve deliverability issues, including managing relationships with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and navigating blocklist removals.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
